Service Description

Emotional Culture is all about how you feel. So we use the dreaded 'f' word... feelings... to create environments where we are ok to tell stories, share our feelings and engaged deeply with our team mates. Whether we focus on: - Emotional Culture, - Employee Experience, or - Customer Experience It is totally up to you! Each session is tailormade to ensure you get the best out of the session. Whatever your goal is, we can design the workshops to focus on that. As a team we will ask questions such as: - How do we as a team want to feel at work? - How do we as leaders want our team to feel everyday? - How do we want our customers to feel when they interact with us? From here, we will look at putting processes in place to ensure you can manage and control those feelings - to get the best outcomes for you, your team and your business. Oh, did I mention, we do it by playing cards? Making it totally disarming and easy to digest! Includes: 2 hour session Individual workbooks for every attendee - for ongoing growth and development. A 30 day intention and plan of attack A 5 month self driven programme of continuous improvement Ongoing monthly check in's from Blue Mercury for 5 months. Sessions are run via Zoom in the first instance, although if you are based in New Zealand we can discuss face to face options.
