Strengths-based tools value individual's capacity, skills, knowledge, and potential. This is the philosophy that underpins CliftonStrengths.
Within teams, a strengths-based approach tackles challenges by helping team members understand how they can use their collective strengths to their best advantage.
HOW
The Best of Me activity is easy to use and can help team members and leaders to appreciate how people think, feel, and behave differently; how they like to work, what they dislike, and what they appreciate most.
BENEFITS
This activity works best if it kept alive among the team members over time.
Within a team the content from their personal 'Best of Me' document could be brought into one-on-one meetings, team meetings, or project planning meetings. In a small team members might take pictures of each other’s preferences for easy reference. Please find the PDF below to use.
