Find your Team's Strengths
Join the more than 20 million people who have used CliftonStrengths to discover their unique combination of skills, knowledge, and talents that every person possesses.
Everyone's strengths are unique.
The chances of someone else having your exact order of strengths is 1: 33.300,000.
Once you understand your individual strengths, you can use them to the benefit of yourself and your team. People who focus on their strengths every day are 6 times as likely to be engaged in their jobs, are more productive both individually & in teams, and are more than 3 times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life.
Once all team members know their strengths and those of their team members, everyone will be able to use their strengths to their fullest potential. Working together has never been so much fun or productive, as a team who knows how to play to everyone's strengths.

to discuss your individual team's needs and numbers. Then we'll send you an invoice to purchase your CliftonStrengths online assessments for all team members, along with scheduling everyone's individual 90 minute coaching sessions, and the full team coaching session.
Each team member will use their individual code that we send you to complete their online portion of the process. They can do this at any time, as long as it's before their scheduled coaching session. Each online assessment normally takes around 40 minutes.
90 Minute 1:1 coaching sessions
We'll meet on a 1:1 basis with each of your team members to explore their Strengths results and learn how to use them daily in their individual and professional lives.
Full Team coaching session
Once the entire team has had their coaching sessions, we'll all meet together to discuss team cohesiveness, allowing each person to work to their strengths and understand how the others in the team operate
CliftonStrengths® (previously known as StrengthsFinder®) is a tool developed by Gallup to identify an individual’s “Themes of Talent”.
In the early 1950's Donald Clifton began a study to determine the most natural thoughts, feelings and behaviours of “the best of the best”.
He quickly discovered that our talents do more than make us unique individuals. Our greatest talents also serve as our best opportunities for excellence and success when they are intentionally leveraged.

Sharon has this wonderful trait of teasing the best out of people. Sitting quietly in the background in one of her coaching sessions is not possible.
She ensures that all are engaged and personally challenged while not being intimidated.
All of my staff members have left her sessions with a positive energised outlook that has endured in the workplace.
