Service Description

All of your team now know their strengths, have a personal understanding of how they see feel and interact with the world - now lets supercharge that knowledge to make exceptional teams! The team members are individually building their development, so that when team day comes around they can learn how to get the best out of their peers each day. Each session is tailormade to ensure you get the best out of the session whether your intention is to, - build collaboration, - increase communication, - reduce conflict, - motivate and energise, or - build new team culture. Whatever your goal is, we can design the workshops to focus on that. This facilitated session can take place in person, or remotely via Zoom. Includes: Workbooks for all participants Team Analysis 3 hour Team Session Please note this is the workshop only. All individual coaching must be completed before this time, at the individual coaching cost. Feel free to contact us, if you would like a personalised development plan and invoice. Functional Teams are to be no larger than 14 for this price, any larger teams please contact us directly.
